1. Condition & Grading

•All items are graded according to our grading guidelines.
•Please note that we do not test play all CDs. Grading is based solely on visual inspection unless otherwise stated.
•Please note that used CDs may not always include all original accessories. Any included accessories, such as OBI strips, will be explicitly stated in the product description.

/Grading Standard/

M(Mint)Factory sealed or like new, no visible marks, fingerprints, or defects.
NM(Near Mint)The item is nearly perfect. Near Mint (NM) media has more than likely never been played, and if it has, there will be no imperfections during playback. The item should show no obvious signs of wear. The cover or container can have very minor defects., but it should have no folds, seam splits, scratches, or other noticeable similar defects. The same should be true of any other inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves, etc. Many dealers won’t give a grade higher than NM, implying (perhaps correctly) that no item is ever truly perfect.
VG+(Very Good Plus)The item will show some signs that it was played and handled by a previous owner who took good care of it. Any defects are of a cosmetic nature and do not affect the actual playback. In theory, a Very Good Plus (VG+) item should sound the same as a Near Mint (NM) one. Surfaces may show some signs of wear, such as slight scuffs or very light scratches, and slight warps that do not affect the sound are okay. Paper products like sleeves will have some wear, slightly turned-up corners, or a small seam-split. In general, it plays perfectly, and if not for some minor aesthetic wear, it would be Near Mint.
VG(Very Good)The item’s defects will be more pronounced. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and fade, but will not overpower the music. Wear will start to be noticeable, such as with light scratches on vinyl (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels, covers, and sleeves may be marred by writing or have tape, stickers, and residue attached. However, a VG item will not have all of these problems at the same time.
G(Good)An item in Good (G) condition can be played through without skipping, but it will have significant surface noise, scratches, crackling, or visible wear. A container, cover, or sleeve will have scratches or seam splits, especially at the bottom or on the spine. Tape, writing, or other defects will also be present.
P/F(Poor/Fair)The item is cracked, badly warped, and won’t play through without skipping or repeating. The container or cover could be cracked, water-damaged, and heavily marred by wear or writing. If it is a vinyl record, the album cover and inner sleeves are fully split, crinkled, and written upon. Poor (P) or Fair (F) records are generally worth very little.

2. Shipping & Handling

/Shipping Methods/
•Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing an order.
•We do not accept requests to remove jewel cases to reduce shipping costs, as they are necessary for CD protection.
•All items are carefully packaged using bubble wrap and sturdy cardboard to ensure safe delivery.
/Delivery Time & Delays/
•Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
•We ship via Japan Post Airmail with Tracking and EMS (For orders exceeding 2kg, EMS is the only available shipping option), which typically takes 2–3 weeks to arrive in most countries.
•Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, postal delays, or other unforeseen factors. If your package is delayed, please contact us first to check its status. We will assist in tracking the shipment with Japan Post.
•While Japan Post delivers to most countries, service suspensions or unexpected delays may occur. If shipping to a specific country becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order and will notify you immediately.
/Shipping Insurance/
•We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels once they have been shipped.
•If you require additional shipping insurance, please contact us before placing an order. Additional charges may apply.
•In case of postal issues such as damage or loss, both the buyer and seller must submit the necessary documentation for a compensation claim, as per their respective country’s postal regulations. Refunds will only be processed after the claim has been officially approved. If the buyer does not cooperate with the claim process, we will not be able to provide compensation.


3. Customs & Import Taxes

We do not mark items as “gifts” or undervalue them on customs declarations.
Buyers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by their country.

•In some countries, particularly in Europe, customs clearance may take longer than expected. If your item is held at customs, please contact your local customs or postal service for assistance.


4. Returns & Refunds

•Each item undergoes strict inspection and verification before shipping. Therefore, returns and refunds are only accepted if the item is significantly different from the description.
•If a package is returned due to unpaid import taxes, incorrect address, or failure to collect the item, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs, including the return shipping fee and any reshipping fees.
•If a return is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition with all included accessories (if applicable).
•The buyer must provide a valid tracking number for the return shipment. Refunds will be issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.


5. Order Cancellations

•Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for shipment.
•If you wish to cancel an order before processing, please contact us as soon as possible.


6. Liability Disclaimer

•We are not responsible for damages caused during shipping. Buyers should select insured shipping if additional protection is needed.
•We are not liable for damages resulting from improper handling or misuse of the item after delivery.
•We do not guarantee compatibility with specific devices or systems. Buyers should check product specifications before purchasing.
